The medical biotechnology course deals with different methodologies involved in the production of various healthcare products and helps students to understand the process of gene therapy and target-based drug delivery systems. This course enlightens on hybridoma technology, basic and new generation strategies to design vaccines, and specific attempts to prepare vaccines against some of the diseases challenging mankind.
